I work with a print-on-demand drop shipper called PRINTFUL. This Means Every Product is Made Specifically for you, at the time of purchase.  I only offer refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse.

Color Matching Disclaimer

There aren't many things the incredible Printful DTG process can't achieve! However, it is important to note that they may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. Even if you have calibrated your monitor to a specific color profile, there are various factors that influence the final appearance of colors on a printed product. 

Because of this, I can’t guarantee color accuracy 100%. Consider the following factors:

-Fabric color(the same color value will look different when printed on light vs. dark colored fabric)

-Product material.

-Screen differences Laptop/Phone/Tablet

-LED vs LCD


Delivery 


When will I get my order? 
7-11 Business days from the day of Original Purchase. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Each Product needs to be Printed first. These items are not sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped. The shipping time depends on your location, and how busy the Printing Shop is at the time of the order.

Q)    Where will my order ship from?
    A)    I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities all over the USA!


Q)    My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
    A)    Before getting in touch with me, please help me out by doing the following:
                  ●    Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
                  ●    Ask your local post office if they have your package
                  ●    Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with me at bstrout@gmail.com with your order number.

 

 Wrong Address - If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our Print on demand facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address (if and as applicable).

Q)    How do I track my order?
     A)    You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line at bstrout@gmail.com.

Q)    I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
      A)    I am so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help me resolve this for you quickly, please email me at bstrout@gmail.com within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  I will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! 

RETURNS

What’s your return policy? 
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting us at bstrout@gmail.com


Do you offer refunds? 
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me at bstrout@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. 


Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? 


At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out the sizing charts I have one for every item listed in-store, in the product description section.

 

 

  • Packages sent out from Printful.com fulfillment centers are returned to the  Charlotte or Dallas facility. The correct return address will be mentioned on the order packaging. If this information isn’t for some reason available to you, then the returns must be sent either to Charlotte or Dallas, based on which facility is located closer to you the customer.

  • Charlotte address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.

  • Dallas address: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019.
